Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs. Standard shipping is available on all orders and typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping delivers in 2–3 business days, and overnight shipping is available for orders that need to arrive the next business day. Shipping method availability may vary based on your location and the items in your cart.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping: 1 business day. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may not be processed until the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, package weight, and destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Expedited and overnight shipping rates vary by order size and location. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Not all products are eligible for international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by signing in to your account and visiting the order history page. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, sign in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a flat-rate return shipping label is available at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes via standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping options require a physical street address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Are there items that cannot be shipped internationally?

Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to size, weight, or local regulations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

How do I get a return shipping label?

You can generate a prepaid return shipping label from the order details page in your account. For defective or incorrect items, the return label is provided at no cost.
